PRIVATE DOG TRAINING
SESSIONS
We will begin
by assessing your needs and
goals and evaluating your pet's
behavior. We will always give
you an honest appraisal (we do
not believe in selling you
services you don't need) and let
you know what you can expect. We
will then work with you,
one-on-one, to develop the
knowledge and skills necessary
to create a positive
relationship between you and
your dog. We will teach you how
to get your dog to respond to
you using positive,
motivational, reward-based
techniques that are based on
proven, scientific methods.
Sessions are typically 1 to
1-1/2 hours in length and
are personalized for you and
your dog.

POLICY:

appointment
with

to

In
order
that
we
can
assist
you
and
others
who
are
in
need
of
our
services,
we
have
implemented
the
following
cancellation
policy.
For
Sessions
at
Crossroads,
including
Evaluations:

Reschedule or Cancel with 48 hour notice - no additional charge. Fees paid are refundable.
-
Reschedule or Cancel with less than 48 hour notice from appointment time, a $35 administrative fee will be assessed. Any remaining pre-payment may be applied to another session or refunded.

traffic
or
other
unforeseen
delays,
please
be
advised
that
there
is a
one
hour
window
of
arrival
for
all
In-Home
sessions
and
a
thirty
minute
window
for
sessions
held
at
Crossroads.
